malaysiakini and the DISMISSED JUDGES...What is the TRUTH?

It is claimed the the truth will set us free.
But in the case of the six top judges who had their career curtailed, there appears to be a few schools of thought.
Now I don't argue with those who want to put a nice shine on the matter but the end result is the same - the judges had to leave their office before they wanted to do so. Some will call that constructive dismissal.
If you look at the manner in which the government offered them ex-gratia payments to the tune of RM10.5mil according to this malaysiakini article '88 crisis: RM10.5mil for 6 ex-judges it seems that the government has felt regret and remorse in the way the judges were abused and the entire Judiciary is still affected by a loss of confidence of the public.
Today the two cases that went against the government show that the Judiciary has still a few independent judges - we must salute them for doing their duties.
This article from the Malaysian Insider quotes the former Law Minister who has fallen foul of his UMNO colleagues. According to Zaid: Judges were sacked .
Between Nazri and Zaid, I have more faith in the latter and Zaid even mentions that in the 1988 crisis, "a miscarriage of justice of the gravest kind has been committed".
If that is the truth, then those responsible for the gross injustice and the rape of our Judiciary should be charged.
Malaysia will never be put right unless we correct that grave offence.
